Where do I park?
Valet service is available at the venue. There are additional public parking lots and garages surrounding the venue.

what are your box office hours?
The box office on-site is only open on event days. It opens 1 hour prior to when the show begins. To purchase tickets online, visit our event calendar.
What types of payment do you take?
We accept credit cards and cash.
My tickets are at will-call, how do I pick them up?
You may pick up will call tickets at the box office which is located on the 2nd floor at The Statler right outside the ballroom. The Box Office is only open on event days 1 hour prior to when the show begins.
Do you have an ATM?
Yes. It is located on the first floor in the lobby of The Statler hotel next to the entrance at Scout, right by the restrooms.
I lost something at the venue, where can I go to find it?
Any items that may have been lost are turned in to The Statler front desk. If you feel you may have lost items, please call the front desk at (214) 459-3930.
What's your dress code?
The Statler reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.
Can you smoke inside the venue?
No, The Statler Ballroom is non-smoking.
Do you sell food & drinks?
Yes, we have concessions.
Do you have lockers at the venue?
No, we do not.
Are season tickets available?
No. Although, VIP Luxury Suites are available to rent on a per event basis.
How do I get VIP perks for the show I'm going to?
All VIP ticket options are listed on the ticketing page of each event.
Do you have age restrictions?
We have All Ages and 21+ events in the ballroom. Age restrictions are on a per event basis and listed on the ticketing page for each event.
What items are not allowed inside the venue?
Prohibited items include: outside food or drink, weapons, guns, drugs, backpacks, signs/flags/banners, professional photography equipment, recording devices, strollers. Small purses are allowed but subject to search.
